Ballet and Dance Studio Rules

THE PURPOSE OF THE POLICY IS TO DEFINE THE BASIC RULES WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CULTURAL SERVICE ACTIVITIES AT A HIGH QUALITY.

 

1. General rules

1.1. Adherence to the written and unwritten rules of cultured behavior in the Studio is the maintenance of order and cleanliness.

4.2. The masters working here have the right to draw the attention of visitors to the proper use of the right clothes and tools!

4.3. Everyone is obliged to take the opening hours into account and to leave the institution on time in view of the closing time.

4.4. No smoking, alcohol or drugs!

4.5. Drinks can only be brought into the rooms in a resealable plastic bottle.

 

2. Taking responsibility

2.1. All guests use the services and equipment at their own risk and responsibility!

2.2. Everyone is obliged to protect the integrity of the devices placed in the room, therefore everyone is financially responsible! I report and compensate for the damage I have caused.

2.3. The Grand Art Ballet is not responsible for any damage to persons or property, lost, stolen property!

2.4. All guests must hand over the found items at the reception!

2.5. We do not take any financial responsibility for the cars parked in the area of the Grand Art Ballet!

 

3. Changing room, pass

3.1. We are not responsible for items left in the Studio area and in the locker room.

3.2. No personal property and / or rubbish should be left in the lockers after departure.

3.3.  Before leaving the building, the locker key is left in the corresponding lock.

3.4. We charge an additional fee of HUF 5,000 for lost locker keys.

3.5. Passes cannot be used beyond the expiration date.

3.6. At the end of the season tickets, any remaining opportunity cannot be carried over to the next season ticket.

 

4. Extraordinary event

Any extraordinary event in the Grand Art Ballet must be reported to the teacher there without delay. 

Depending on the extraordinary event, notify by phone without delay:

  •     Ambulances (in case of an accident): 104

  •     Fire department (in case of fire): 105

  •     Police (in case of disorderly conduct, theft): 107

  •     General emergency call (in any case):

 

5. In case of irregular behavior

5.1. In case of irregularity (violation of the rules of these Rules of Procedure or the generally accepted rules of conduct), the irregular person will be warned, in case of failure the operator is entitled to call the guest to leave or to temporarily or permanently exclude him / her from his / her membership. In cases exceeding the operator's right to take action, it is entitled to request the assistance of the police or other official organization, who must cooperate with all those involved in accordance with its instructions. An expelled irregular guest may not make any claim against the operator.

5.2. The purchase of season tickets and day tickets and the use of our services constitute acceptance of the policy and apply to all guests staying in the Studio.

 

6. Contribute to photo and video recording

6.1. I acknowledge that photographs and / or videos may be taken of me and other participants.

6.2. I consent to the taking of these photographs, recordings and the use of the recordings. I consent to its uploading to its publicly accessible websites and its use for promotional purposes.
