Musicality is a priority in classical dance.

It is the main form of expression, without which every move or pose would be incomplete.


Ballet, as an art form, is inseparable from music: the rhythm, tempo and character of the melody define the purpose of each movement.


A frappé cannot be performed to a smooth or slow rhythm, it has to be sharp and precise. And an adagio is always played softly, gently - „legato“, causing the sequence to be danced in the same manner.


It is truly an exception to see a dancer who has fully mastered the concept of „musicality“, but it is enchanting to see them dance with the melody flowing through every cell of the body, every note reflected in even the slightest turn of the head…


When connected with music a dance becomes a story, told in a most beautiful way…
